For every assignment that we are instructed on, we prepare a ‘Project Initiation Document’ as part of our Quality Assurance procedures. In accordance with this, we undertake a full risk assessment of the project and discuss and agree this with our client at project inception. We also review risk throughout the term of the commission to ensure that the project is delivered as smoothly as possible and without incurring any undue risk to either party or third party interests.
